Film photography

A few weeks back I wouldn't even touch a film camera because

a) It looks scary (mostly because I wouldn't know how to use it at all!)
b) You wouldn't be able to see your product immediately, but requires patience and time to actually see what you've photographed.

Now that I've learnt to use a film camera, I wanted to share some of the pictures with you! It's been extremely fun, time consuming process;)

The themes I explored were around second-hand clothing, culture differences/mixture and growing up:)

Thank you Anniina, Marika, Noora, Adina and Khoa for being such awesome models!;)

The Hunger Games and Food.

So with Petra we went to see "The Hunger Games" - the movie everyone seems to be crazy about. The opinions I've heard have either been one of the two extremes - awesome or awful. Personally, I couldn't tell. I sort of enjoyed it but the ending really annoys me! And also it was just people killing each other. Something that it really got on spot was tension. I found myself grabbing Petra's hand when ____________________!!! I shall not spoil the exciting part for the ones that have not seen it! (they should pay me for advertising the movie.)

After the movie we went to a library like real nerds maan. We worked for a few hours, and as we were leaving a choir walked into the library. The pity I felt towards the people who actually were still trying to work was in-explainable. A choir - Cute. But in a library - No! It's supposed to be silent... It's one of those "just smile and wave boys, just smile and wave" moments.

We love food. Everyone loves food! and yes we tend to eat a lot. Unfortunately I don't have pictures to show about the awesome salad we made and home made bread we ate but yes be jealous. Food is awesome, and I realized that very casual and everyday food can be very enjoyable!

Like Petra said: "You know if I'm eating food that to me seems like it's missing something, I just imagine how it would taste like with the missing ingredient and enjoy!"

Meet my pizza-ring I made today.
In conclusion:

Peace out!

PS: Ben Barnes, that is all.

'Introduction' sounds too formal.

Hello you all out there!:)

Okay so I finally somehow managed to set this blog up, although it did require many months of deep analytical thought if I'd actually manage to have time to keep this up. I am not sure exactly what is to be posted, but probably just some random crap I observe with my supervision on the streets, or perhaps also some small interesting tips, and everything just might wobble into my mind (I feel lame listing them out.)

So hi, I'm Vilhelmiina and I warmly welcome you to my blog. The name is of the blog is in finnish (at least at the moment) but most of the posts probably perhaps maybe possibly will be in english. Or both... I don't really know but we shall see what is to come!
About me, hmm. Well, what I love to do is to draw and paint and all that stuff, and photograph (therefore most of the pictures will be taken by me, unless differently mentioned!!!). I don't know I feel awkward telling stuff at a blog about myself ..:D

No but for real, check this out, I find it super catchy:

I'm really bad at this introduction thing.

 Peace out!
